Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screening Investigations
Clients of Full Circle Home Care pay a premium for our services particularly because of the character and competence of our professional field staff. Therefore, it is absolutely vital that each team member have a background that reflects excellent character and represents both the company and fellow team members. Our policy is to conduct a battery of extensive social security, felony, misdemeanor, and driver background investigations on all team members prior to their employment. Professional investigative firms at local, state and national levels conduct these investigations. The company reserves the right to conduct these investigations any time during a team member’s employment with the company. Employees are responsible for the fees.
Full Circle retains a drug free work environment, and therefore reserves the right to require any team member to submit a drug screening determined by the company at its sole discretion. The dignity of each individual employee will undoubtedly be recognized and respected whenever collecting specimens for drug screenings. All applications can change, correction or update of an FBI criminal history record are set forth at 28 CFR 16.34. We are looking for a competent personal care assistant to support physically or mentally challenged customers in their everyday lives. Home Care jobs RN's
We are looking for skilled Homecare Registered Nurses (RN's) to become a part of our agency's compassionate care-giving team.
Job Summary
- Assess Client’s condition during every visit and chart your observations
- Creating and updating Plan of Care for Client
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s Physician
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians and anyone else involved in the patient’s care plan
- Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
- Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life
- Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
Job Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate clinical skills to an RN prior to Client assignment
- Must be able to work independently with Client in their home
- Must have at least 1 year experience in applicable field
- Must have current CPR/First Aid
- Must have proof of up to date vaccinations, including PPD
- Must have a physician's statement completed at time of hire
- Must have licenses for applied position. Please add license# to application and/or resume
- Must have a smart phone with available data for use of our electronic documentation system
- Must be comfortable and familiar with electronic documentation
