As the owner of Full Circle Home Care and a longtime advocate for foster youth through the Shanell Nicole Foundation, Shanell has dedicated her career to ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the care, guidance, and opportunities they deserve.
Driven by her mission of Creating Healthcare Solutions for the Community, Shanell brings a compassionate and person-centered approach to every aspect of her work.
With a background in childcare, foster care, and the home care industry, she understands the importance of personalized support and meaningful connections. Her goal is to empower families, caregivers, and professionals with the resources and knowledge they need to help individuals thrive.
Outside of her work, she enjoys shopping, spending quality time with loved ones, and inspiring others to walk in their purpose.
