Full Circle Home Care (FCHC) currently provides DDA services across multiple Maryland counties. We maintain active DSP staffing in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Calvert County, and Charles County, allowing us to initiate services efficiently in these areas.
Additional Service Areas:
We also serve participants in Harford, Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery County St. Mary’s, Caroline, Dorchester, Talbot, Queen Anne’s, and Wicomico Counties, based on staffing availability and service needs.

Skill-based programming promoting socialization, independence, and daily living development.

- Decide how to spend the funding they have for services
