Full Circle Home Care – Day Habilitation Services

Our Day Habilitation program offers meaningful skill-building, social engagement, and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities. Through structured, person-centered activities, participants strengthen daily living skills, enhance vocational readiness, and build greater independence.

Programming may include life skills training, arts and creativity, fitness, community outings, job-prep activities, and therapeutic supports—all designed to help each individual grow, connect, and lead a more fulfilling life.

• Skill Development: Cooking, personal care, hygiene, money management, computer skills, safety.
• Vocational & Pre-Employment: Job site visits, volunteer work, exploring career interests, workplace behavior training, job placement assistance.
• Social & Recreational: Social skills groups, clubs, art, music, drama, pet therapy, community outings, fitness.
• Therapeutic Support: Physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapies, health & wellness services.
• Community Integration: Activities that help individuals find their place in the broader community
