During these tough periods, clients often need more than a companion by their side; they also need Registered Nurses and other accident specialists to guide them to a full recovery.

At Full Circle Home Care, we understand that different situations require different levels of skilled care, particularly after a loved one is in an accident. We’ll conduct an individualized in-home assessment that takes into account all of the daily needs of your loved one, including personal tasks, medications and treatments, transportation, and light housekeeping. From there, we’ll produce a Care Plan that is entirely customized to each individual client. 

Here are a few of the post-accident services we offer: 

• Personal Care: Our nurses and accident specialists can assist you or your loved one with tasks that can become a challenge, including (but not limited to) bathing, dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, and oral hygiene. We’ll make an individualized Care Plan that takes all of these activities of daily living (ADLs) into account, as well as specific medical and transportation needs.  
• Nursing Care: Our experienced nurses provide a wide range of advanced nursing services, including (but not limited to), medication management and administration, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and paraplegic and quadriplegic care. Whether our clients are in need of  nursing care prior to their accident, or due to their accident, our team of accident specialists can help. 
• Companion Care: We understand that maintaining day-to-day activities is critical for keeping you or your family member comfortable. We’ll assist in many homemaking services, such as light housekeeping, dishwashing, laundry, dusting, pet care, and answering the telephone.
• Transportation: Our licensed care providers can take you or your loved one wherever they need to go, whether it’s to the grocery store or a doctor’s appointment, as long as a safe vehicle is available.
